Delete your account.

This removes your CabPass account, your practice history, mock results, bookmarks and notes. It cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, password, area, exam date, preferences)
All answers, mock exam sessions, bookmarks, notes and question flags
Saved sign-ins on all devices and any live-chat conversations linked to your account

What is kept

Records of payments (date, amount, order reference) are kept for 6 years as UK tax law requires, with your name and email removed. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded only by those stores.

Please sign in to delete your account. If you cannot sign in, email support@cabpass.co.uk from your registered address and we will delete it within 7 days.
